NZES can prepare building plans to specific briefs or full Architectural designs and guidance can be provided when required. Preparation of a Topographical Site Survey to enable the accurate preparation of detailed Site Layout Plans showing existing & proposed Levels and proposed project services. We can provide advice on the above, in order to submit an application which is acceptable to our clients and to satisfy the requirements laid down in the 'County Development Plan' of the appropriate Planning Authority and to also satisfy their planning procedures. NZES can prepare and submit all necessary documentation required with the application and careful monitoring of the project through the planning process. We can also organise a pre-planning meeting with the appropriate local area Planner before the application is lodged.
Planning Applications
Planning Permission requires a lot more than the submission of a form, it is vital to have a complete understanding of current legislation, as well as a good relationship with the Planning Authority involved, while adhering to a philosophy of good communication. As part of the service that we provide in relation to the preparation of planning permission applications we meet with all potential clients. We will provide our best advice on your potential project. During the planning process we can deal with any planning queries or further information requests that the Planning Authority may or may not have. We can also prepare appeals to An Bórd Pleanála if necessary and responses to appeals made by third parties. We can arrange and engage in pre-planning consultations with the relevant Planning Authority. This can lead to the elimination of unnecessary delays at the decision end of the planning process and can assist in establishing whether the relevant Planning Authority will find the proposed development acceptable.
